🕒 Schedule:
• Multiple shift options available:
• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (every other weekend & holiday)
• 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (every other weekend)
• 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (every other weekend)
• Alternative schedule available: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM & 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (24 hours/weekend + 1 weekday shift)
💰 Pay:
• Local Rate: $56/hr
• Weekly Pay: $2,240/week
• Travel Package: $2,250/week
📋 Role Overview:
• Provide crisis intervention services in a Psychiatric/Mental Health Crisis Center setting
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and risk evaluations
• Support patients experiencing acute psychiatric and behavioral health crises
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment planning
• Assist with stabilization and discharge planning as appropriate
✅ Requirements:
• Active New Jersey LCSW license required
• Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Psychiatric Crisis Services
• Acute Mental Health
• Acute Behavioral Health
• Strong understanding of crisis intervention and behavioral health treatment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced crisis stabilization environment
