Description

LPN – LTC/Rehab | Clovis, NM

Location: Clovis, NM
Setting: Long-Term Care / Rehabilitation
Duration: 14 weeks
Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Hours: 36 hrs/week (3 × 12-hour shifts)
Shift: 12-hour shift
Responsibilities: Provide direct resident care, administer medications/treatments, monitor patient status, complete documentation, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab/LTC team.
Requirements: Active NM LPN license (or compact eligibility), BLS, and LTC/SNF/rehab experience preferred.
Assignment: Contract/Travel LPN
