Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN):

Position Details:

• Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Openings: 8
• Contract Length: 6 months
• Start Date: Flexible, based on completion of all pre-employment, compliance, and clearance requirements
• Processing Requirement: Candidates must allow at least 5 days before the start date for completion of pre-employment processing.

Schedule:

Shifts Available:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM: 6 positions
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM: 2 positions

Days: Sunday–Saturday

Scheduling Note: Shifts may be assigned on an alternating schedule based on staffing needs. Candidates must be flexible to work any day of the week.

Position Overview:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse will provide nursing care and support to individuals receiving services at the Denton State Supported Living Center. The LVN will work as part of the Medical Services team and provide safe, compassionate, and quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards.

Important Notes:

• Candidates may be able to start on any day of the week, provided 5 days' notice is available to complete all required processing.
• The contract start date begins only after all compliance and clearance requirements have been successfully completed.
• Flexibility with scheduling is required to meet facility staffing needs.
