Description
Outpatient Perioperative Registered Nurse (Pre-Op / PAT / Phase 2 PACU RN) – Day Shift
- Schedule: Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours Per Week
- Shift Structure: Variable start times ranging from 06:00 to 11:00 dependent on patient scheduling and case flow.
- On-Call Protocol: No on-call required.
- Floating Protocol: No floating required.
- Assignment Duration: 12-Week Contract Assignment
- Location Region: State of Practice (Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center) | Local & Travel Candidates Accepted
Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
- Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical proficiency across Pre-Operative Care (Pre-Op), Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), and Phase II Post-Anesthesia Recovery / Outpatient Discharge Nursing strictly required [HARDSTOP]. (Note: Role focuses on Outpatient Surgical Services; distinct from main Intraoperative OR or Phase 1 PACU).
- EMR Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Direct hands-on clinical proficiency with Epic OpTime EMR strictly required for rapid integration into a high-volume setting [HARDSTOP].
- State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active State Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice strictly required at submission [HARDSTOP].
- Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider / CPR) [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) [HARDSTOP].
- Education Preference: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; acute care facility experience preferred.
