Schedule

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 12:00 PM–8:30 PM
• Schedule is flexible
• No call
• No weekends

Requirements

• National Pharmacy Technician Certification — REQUIRED
• IV compounding experience with:
  • Hazardous medications
  • Non-hazardous medications
• Experience filling and managing automated dispensing cabinets
  • Pyxis
  • Omnicell
  • Similar systems
• Epic experience
• Dispense Prep experience for IV compounding
• Advanced pharmacy technician experience across:
  • Centralized & decentralized pharmacy
  • Medication distribution
  • Automation
  • Inventory management
  • Sterile compounding
  • Hazardous medication workflows
• Controlled substance management and compliance
• Medication safety and error-prevention experience
• Inventory, compliance, and operational audit experience
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action plans

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications
• Perform sterile and hazardous drug compounding
• Manage controlled substances and diversion-prevention processes
• Support medication inventory, procurement, shortages, and formulary compliance
• Conduct pharmacy audits
• Participate in medication safety initiatives
• Support quality improvement and error-prevention activities
• Serve as a pharmacy medication-safety resource
• Provide operational support across multiple pharmacy workflows
