Description
- SHIFT: Varying shift - could be 6:00am- 2:30pm, 7:00am-3:30pm, 8:00 am -4:30pm, 11:00am -7pm and/or 3:00pm-11pm.
- Required: Graduate of and ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (preferred) or BS Pharmacy degree(accepted)
- Must have State licensure (LA LICENSE REQUIRED)
- Hospital experience preferred
- Pharmacy registration in the State of practice
- BLS or ACLS
