Description
- REQUIRED: Critical Care/Emergency medicine clinical pharmacists with experience participating in codes and traumas (BCCCP or BCEMP board certification required and PGY2 Critical Care or ED or 5 years providing clinical care in ICU and/or ED required)
- REQUIRED: 1 year American Society of Health System Pharmacist (ASHP_ accredited residency or 4 plus years of acute hospital experience
- REQUIRED: Pharmacy license from TX state board of Pharmacy
- REQUIRED: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Shift: Evenings (1230-2100), or Swing shift (1400-0030), could also potentially do some day shifts if has rounding experience (0600-1430)
- Days of the week: available 7 days per week preferred since we staff 24/7
- Onsite in the ED or ICU
