Requirements

2+ years L&D experience
Active California RN license
BLS
ACLS
NRP
Fetal monitoring experience
Vaginal exam skills required
C-Section circulating + post-C-section recovery required
Labor, vaginal delivery & recovery experience
High-risk antepartum experience
Obstetrical emergency/hemorrhage experience
Newborn care during first hour of life, including initial breastfeeding/latch

Clinical Experience

Labor & delivery management
Vaginal exams
C-Sections
OB triage / OBED / MSE
NST, CST & BPP
Gestational hypertension & gestational diabetes
Versions & cervical cerclage
Outpatient injections

Preferred

C-Section scrub experience
NCC certification in Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) or EFM
