• Schedule: Days, 4x10s (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Requirements:

• Active Alaska PT license required at time of submission
• BLS certification
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 1 year of adult outpatient rehab experience
• Current Physical Therapist experience
