Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Night Shift

Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
- Weekend Coverage: 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule block required.
- Holiday Coverage: Required to work 1 major holiday and 1 holiday weekend during the contract period (ASAP through New Year's).
- Scheduling Process: Requests submitted to unit scheduler for calendar compilation, subject to management review.
- Cancellation Policy: Facility may cancel up to 1 shift per 4 weeks (overtime shifts can be canceled at will).

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated ER RN experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
Trauma Facility Threshold [HARDSTOP]: Prior clinical nursing experience in a Level III Trauma Center or higher strictly required [HARDSTOP].
State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active Missouri RN License OR valid Multi-State Compact RN License strictly required at submission [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
- Active AHA/ARC BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) [HARDSTOP].
- Active ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) [HARDSTOP].
- Active PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) [HARDSTOP].
- Active TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) [HARDSTOP].
- Active NIHSS (Stroke Certification) [HARDSTOP].
- Active CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification required (Can be obtained on-site prior to/during orientation).
- Preferred Credentials: NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) preferred.
EMR Proficiency: Experience with Meditech (specifically Meditech Expanse) charting system required.
