🦿 Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
📍 Location: Pottsville, Pennsylvania
🏥 Setting: Home Health

Average 6-7 patient visits per day

Travel Pay Package

💵 $2,406/week

🏠 Housing Stipend: $770/week

🍽️ Meals Stipend: $476/week

🚗 Mileage Reimbursement: $0.76/mile

Overview

🦿 Provide home health physical therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

🏠 Travel throughout assigned territory providing patient care in the home setting.

📋 Assist patients with mobility, gait training, balance training, strengthening exercises, transfers, and rehabilitation programs.

🎯 Excellent opportunity for experienced Home Health PTAs.

📍 Coverage Area: Schuylkill County

🚗 May assist in additional territories within approximately 60 miles

📱 Home visits throughout assigned territory

💻 Homecare Homebase documentation required

Requirements 📋 Active PTA License required 🎓 Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program 🏠 Home Health experience required 💻 Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required 💻 Must have recent HCHB experience within the last 3 years 🏥 Minimum 6 months Home Health experience within the last 2 years 🏥 PRN experience does not count 📋 License must be in hand ✅ No license disciplinary actions ❤️ BLS/CPR required if applicable 💻 Computer proficiency required 🚗 Must be comfortable traveling throughout assigned territory Amergis ID: 1216250
