🦿 Position: Physical Therapist
📍 Location: Wilmington, Ohio
🏥 Setting: Home Health
📅 Duration: 14 Weeks

⏰ Schedule

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
40 hours per week
Productivity expectation: 30 points

Local Pay Package

💵 $60/hr

💵 $2,400/week

Local Candidate Requirement

🏠 Candidate must live close enough to commute daily.

Overview

🦿 Provide home health physical therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.

🏠 Travel throughout the assigned territory providing patient care in the home setting.

📋 Provide:

Gait training
Balance training
Strengthening exercises
Home safety assessments
Functional mobility training

Requirements 📋 Active Ohio Physical Therapist License required 🎓 Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program 🏠 Minimum 1 year Home Health Physical Therapy experience required 💻 Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred ❤️ CPR/BLS required if applicable 💻 Computer proficiency required 🚗 Must be comfortable traveling throughout assigned territory 🏥 Must meet all state and facility requirements Amergis ID: 1216074
