Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM-7:30 AM

Position Overview
Provide coordinated nursing care to assigned patients, including assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team, provide patient and family education, assist with discharge planning, and appropriately delegate and coordinate nursing duties.
