Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM + administrative time 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
- Lunch: 12:00 PM–1:00 PM — paid time

Responsibilities / Procedures
- Neurology consultations
- Established patient visits
- EMG interpretation
- EEG interpretation
- Botox for migraines, if credentialed
Requirements
- NP: AANP or ANCC certified
- Arizona license preferred
- NP candidates may have a compact license with LOQ in hand at submission
- Active BLS and ACLS preferred; must be willing to obtain during credentialing
- Active DEA preferred
