Description
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Days | 3x12s | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
Hours: 36 hours/week
Start Date: 12/14
Requirements:
- 2+ years recent PICU experience
- BSN required
- Active California RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
- Experience caring for critically ill pediatric patients
- Strong pediatric assessment and emergency response skills
- Experience with ventilators, high-flow oxygen, IV infusions and continuous monitoring
- Comfortable managing complex pediatric patients and rapidly changing conditions
- Experience with central lines, medication drips and pediatric critical care protocols
- Ability to work closely with physicians, respiratory therapy and multidisciplinary pediatric teams
