- Shift: Days/Nights – 36–48 hrs/week

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Assess patient needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Monitor patient condition and respond to changes in clinical status.
- Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff at various levels.
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and other healthcare disciplines.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment when making patient-care decisions.
- Exercise professional and supervisory discretion in managing patient care.
- Use independent judgment to prioritize and address patient needs.
- Ensure safe, effective, and timely delivery of nursing care.
- Follow established facility policies, procedures, and standards of care.
