*TEAMS INTERVIEW WITH THE MANAGER*- Contract Length: 12 weeks- Start Date: ASAP- Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 *GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.- Shift Requirements: 4x9hr Days,; 730a-430p *NO BLOCK SCHEDULING - flexible to work any 4 days based upon department needs*- Primary Location: Gundersen LaCrosse Clinic - LaCrosse, WI - Float Requirements: None- On Call/Call Back Requirements: late call- staying to finish the shift, no call back- Weekend/Holiday Requirements: None - Required Certifications: RCES & AHA BLS - Minimum Experience: 2-3+yrs in specialty. Previous travel strongly preferred. Must have EP experience. They need someone that can help in the scrub, x ray and monitor role.- Charting Experience: Epic & MaClab (previous experience strongly preferred) - Unit Overview: Ablations and Devices-have 3 EP MD's, 2 rooms. 4 man teams for Ablations- Can do 3-5 cases a day- Scrubs: Provided GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
