Description
Plans and administers medically prescribed Physical Therapy treatments for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone disease, to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
Experience: Orthopedic, Neuro, IP, & OP. Mostly outpatient services for a hospital service and occasional coverage for inpatient. MUST HAVE proficient electronic medical records experience of 2 years minimum. EPIC EXPERIENCE required.
