This position provides direct nursing care to outpatient infusion patients and requires strong clinical assessment, medication administration, patient monitoring, and documentation skills.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide direct nursing care to outpatient infusion patients.</li><li>Administer IV medications, infusions, and other treatments as ordered.</li><li>Assess patients before, during, and after infusion treatments.</li><li>Monitor patients for changes in condition, adverse reactions, and treatment-related complications.</li><li>Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns when necessary.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Active New York RN license.</li><li>Current BLS/CPR certification.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of recent RN nursing experience.</li><li>Recent infusion, oncology, or outpatient nursing experience required.</li><li>Hematology/oncology experience required.</li><li>ONC certification required.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Hematology/oncology nursing experience.</li><li>Outpatient infusion center experience.</li><li>Chemotherapy or immunotherapy administration experience.</li><li>Experience with IV access and vascular access devices.</li><li>Experience working with electronic medical records.</li><li>Telemetry experience Preferred</li><li>Recent acute care experience</li></ul>License/Certification: <ul><li>Active New York RN License (Required)</li><li>ONS chemotherapy/immunotherapy certification (Required)</li></ul>
