Cardiac Cath Lab RN – Travel Contract

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

• 2+ years of Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience
• First-time travelers accepted
• Active state or Compact RN license required at submission
• Epic experience required
• Must be willing to float between both campuses and within scope based on staffing needs
• No background or license actions within the past 12 months
• No pending license accepted

Local Rule

• Local candidates are not accepted within 50 miles
• The 50-mile rule applies from Betsy Johnson and Central Harnett/Cape Fear Valley Medical Center

Compliance

• SSN and DOB required at submission
• All documents must match the candidate’s legal name exactly
• Maximum 4 days of RTO allowed
• Only one major holiday may be requested as RTO
• Interview availability must be provided at submission
• Modules must be completed before the start date
• Modules are non-billable, estimated at 4–10 hours
• Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions allowed
• COVID vaccine not required

Contract / Return Policy

• Former employees must be separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Day shift: Maximum 2 contracts total (one extension)
• After reaching the contract limit, traveler must wait 6 months before returning

Guaranteed Hours / Cancellation

• 2 facility call-offs per 13-week assignment
• After those 2 call-offs are used, contracted hours are guaranteed

• Willingness to float between campuses
