Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields during surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers in the operating room
- Ensure surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are available and functioning properly
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team throughout procedures
- Adhere to infection control and patient safety standards
- Assist with room turnover and preparation for subsequent procedures
Requirements
- Surgical Technologist certification from any U.S. state accepted
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of one year of recent Surgical Tech experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
