Description
Unit: Operating Room
Manager Interviews
Minimum Experience Required: 2 years of Adult CVOR experience; will accept first time traveler
Certs Required: BLS and Certification preferred but not required
Skills Required: Experience with adult CVOR case types
Floating: Possibly to Pineville CVOR but unlikely
Patient Types: Cardiac/Vascular/Thoracic Surgery
Scheduling:
Weekend rotation:
Surg Tech: May have to cover nights or weekends if in house person calls out and you are on call
Call required:
Surg Tech: 1 night per week and 2 weekends in a 6-week scheduling period
Call Back Time: 1 hour
Sleep Room available
Holiday Expectations: might be required if they fall within contract period
RTO: Manager approval
Shift times: varies
Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks
Other Notes:
Scrub Color: Personal scrubs to and from the hospital but hospital issued scrubs in the OR
Parking: Free
