Description

Position: Anticoagulation Pharmacist

📍 Location: Brockton, Massachusetts

🏥 Setting: Acute Care / Outpatient Anticoagulation Clinic

📅 Duration: 12-16 Weeks

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
40 hours per week
No holidays
No call required

Travel Pay Package

💵 $2,849/week

🏠 Housing Stipend: $889/week

🍽️ Meals Stipend: $560/week

Overview

💊 Manage patients receiving anticoagulation therapy in an outpatient setting.

📋 Responsibilities include:

Anticoagulation monitoring
Laboratory review
Dosage adjustments
Patient education
