Key Responsibilities:

Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
Assess patient conditions and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
Monitor patients and recognize changes in clinical status.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff at various levels.
Coordinate patient care with physicians and other healthcare disciplines.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Utilize critical thinking and independent clinical judgment in patient-care decisions.
Prioritize patient needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
Exercise professional and supervisory discretion when managing patient care.
Maintain safe, effective, and timely delivery of nursing services.
Follow facility policies, procedures, and established standards of care.
