Description
LVN – Skilled Nursing (SNF) | Travel
Weekly Pay: $1,800 gross
Start Date: 11/10/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 3x12s
Location: Alturas, CA
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of LVN experience
- Active California LVN license required
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Strong patient assessment and clinical skills
- Experience with medication administration, treatments, IV starts, blood draws, and EKGs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide care for patients with varying medical and behavioral needs
- Must be dependable and able to work independently

- Caribbean Blue scrubs required
- Must maintain current CPR/BLS certification
