Travel RN – Trauma/Neuro PCU | San Diego, CA

Requirements

Active California RN License
Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience
Minimum 2 years of recent specialty experience (PCU preferred)
ADN or BSN degree
Current CPR/BLS certification
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Job Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to Trauma/Neuro PCU patients.
Assess, monitor, and manage patients with complex medical and neurological conditions.
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
Educate patients and families and advocate for their needs.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and promote positive patient outcomes.
