Job Description:

Position: Physical Therapist

Location: Caribou, Maine

Setting: Acute Care Hospital / Outpatient Therapy

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule:

• Day shifts
• Either 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm
• 40 hours per week
• No call
• No weekends

Travel Pay Package:

• $3,006 per week total. Includes base pay, housing, meals and incidentals

Overview:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient coverage
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Work in a 63-bed acute care community hospital

Requirements:

• Active Maine Physical Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required
• More than 1 year of experience preferred
• Lymphedema certification preferred but not required
• Must meet all state and facility requirements
