Requirements:
1. RN NY State license
2. Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN)
3. Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN)
4. Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse (CWON)
5. Certified Wound Specialist (CWS)
6. New York State RN License
7. Wound Care Certified Certification (WCC)
8. Two (2) years of Med/Surg experience.
9. Wound and Colostomy experience
10. BLS (AHA)
11. Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accreditated Nursing Program
