Registered Nurse – Stepdown 

Location: Beaufort, SC
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: October 28, 2026
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (3x12)

Position Overview

• Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an adult Medical-Surgical/Stepdown setting.
• Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg nursing experience required.
• PCU/Stepdown experience is required due to frequent floating to the PCU/Stepdown unit.
• Nurses must be comfortable caring for both Med-Surg and higher-acuity Stepdown/PCU patients.
• First-time travelers are accepted.
• Travel experience is preferred but not required.
• Must already hold an active South Carolina RN license.
• Candidates must be comfortable floating frequently between units.
• 50-mile radius rule applies; candidates cannot reside within 50 miles of the facility.

Certifications

• BLS/Basic Life Support required.
• ACLS required.
• NIHSS required.
