Total Weekly Gross Pay $1,951

Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Minimum of 2 years recent behavioral health experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic charting systems
• Experience with Pyxis medication dispensing
• Ability to handle W/ Care certification preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and crisis intervention skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to float as needed and handle unblock schedules

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in a hospital setting
• Knowledge of a variety of behavioral health disorders and treatments
• Capable of functioning effectively in a fast-paced and evolving clinical environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Active Michigan RN license
• At least two years of recent inpatient behavioral health experience
• Prior experience with electronic medical records and medication management systems

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend
• Must be licensed in Michigan at the time of application
• Must be able to adapt to floating schedules as requested
• Physical and emotional resilience to work in a high-demand setting
