Schedule
Shift: Friday - Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Position Details
- Role: CVOR (expected to float to General OR if needed)
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Start Dates: Every Monday
- Local Radius Restriction: 50 mile radius - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS
Call Requirements
CALL REQUIRED: 48-60 hours every 4-week period
WEEKEND CALL IS REQUIRED
Call Details:
- Staff can choose to sign up for calls on their day off OR on the day they work
- Facility rarely keeps anyone on call for the entire 12-hour shift
- If staff member calls out and extended call is needed, discussion occurs with on-call nurse with options to:
- Get off early to rest
- Leave early in the morning
- 2 on-call rooms available for staff utilization during call periods
- On-call remains only at booked location
Required Experience & Skills
- Cardiac & Vascular: All level 3s and 4s procedures
- Strong endovascular experience
- Preferred Experience:
- Neurosurgery
- Surgical Oncology
- Robotics
