Description
RN – Med/Surg Tele Float
📍 Acute Care | Stepdown Float Pool
🕐 12-hour shifts | 36 hrs/week
🌞 Days: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
📅 Every other weekend
💻 EPIC
Requirements:
- 2+ years RN experience
- BLS & ACLS (AHA) required
- Strong Med/Surg experience required
- Stepdown experience preferred
Float: All inpatient units based on competency — Med/Surg, Stepdown & ICU
• Stepdown RNs must be comfortable titrating drips
Other:
- No call, but standby may be required if census is low
- 3–4 shifts unit orientation
- Driver’s license with current permanent address required with submission
- Client cancellation: 2 shifts per 13-week assignment
