Description

Position Details

Position: Pharmacist – Inpatient Hospital
Location: Ohio (exact city/facility not provided)
Schedule: 40 hours per week, varied shifts
Typical Hours: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Weekends: Required; hours vary depending on staffing
Evenings: Required
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing — mandatory at submission.
Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
Pharmacokinetic dosing experience, specifically vancomycin.
Warfarin management experience.
Epic Willow Inpatient experience is preferred but not required.
