Schedule & Call Requirements

• Four 10-hour shifts
• Rotating schedule; the exact meaning of “rotating day odd” should be confirmed with the account manager
• On-call: 14 days per 6-week schedule
• Includes two weekends during the 6-week schedule
• Thanksgiving holiday weekend required

Important Facility Policy

• Guaranteed hours are not provided.
• Staff may be downstaffed when operational needs do not require them.
• Alternatively, staff may be reassigned to another open shift later in the week or floated to another unit or care site within the Mount Carmel Health System to maintain contracted hours.
