1. Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant surgical services / OR experience.
• Specialty Experience: Robotics, Orthopedics (Ortho), and Urology experience are required.
• Certifications: Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Distance Requirement: Must live at least 100 miles from the facility.
• Availability: Must be available for a 4-day, 10-hour daytime schedule and the required on-call rotation.

2. Preferred Experience

Experience in the following surgical specialties is preferred:

• General surgery and other surgical specialties.
• All specialties other than eyes, cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery.

Note: Robotics, orthopedics, and urology are explicitly required, not merely preferred.

3. Schedule and On-Call Requirements

4. Job Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare for surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgeon during surgical procedures.
• Sterilize surgical equipment.
• Assemble scheduled and emergency surgical case carts.

5. Candidate Submission Checklist

• At least 2 years of relevant OR experience.
• Robotics experience.
• Orthopedic surgery experience.
• Urology surgery experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Permanent residence at least 100 miles from the facility.
• Willingness to work four 10-hour day shifts.
• Availability for approximately four on-call assignments per month, including a 24-hour weekend call.
