Description

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Psychiatric / Behavioral Health RN experience preferred; exact minimum years not specified
Experience providing nursing care to adult clients aged 18 and older
Experience with patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
Ability to coordinate nursing care and assign duties based on staff skill levels
Experience administering medications, monitoring patients, and documenting care accurately
Experience managing emergencies, behavioral health risks, and patient safety precautions
Ability to participate in group therapy, multidisciplinary treatment planning, and quality improvement
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

SCHEDULE

Day shift: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

BLS
CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with Advanced Physical Skills (APS) — required

LICENSE

Current Illinois RN license required
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
BSN preferred; equivalent years of experience may be considered
