Description
RN – LDRP | Cape Coral Hospital, Lee Health, Florida
Schedule
- 3×12-hour day shifts
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Contract: 13 weeks
- On-call: 12 hours per calendar month
- Floating required to other units and potentially sister campuses
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) experience
- Epic EMR experience
- Labor patient ratio: 1:2
- Postpartum patient ratio: 1:3–4
- Degree accreditation must be documented on the profile, or at least 5 years of experience is required
- Must be willing to float and function as core staff
Required Certifications/Licensure
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
- Active RN license
