RN – Case Manager | Travel Contract
📍 Location: Randallstown, MD
📅 Start Date: 11/09/2026 | Duration: 14 weeks
🕗 Shift: Days, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
⏰ Hours: 40 hours/week
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient RN Case Management experience
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license in hand
- BLS required
- Acute hospital case management and discharge planning experience required
- Med-Surg and/or Critical Care discharge planning experience required
- Cerner experience
- References required
Role Details:
- Coordinate discharge planning and transitions of care for adult and geriatric patients
- Work with Social Work and interdisciplinary teams
- Coverage may include the Emergency Department and medical inpatient units
- Floating within the hospital may be required
- Business casual attire
- Weekends and holidays may be required based on staffing needs
