Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR)

• Location: York, PA
• Start Date: November 2, 2026
• Contract: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Day Shift, 4x10 Hours (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of OR experience
• License/Certifications: BLS required
• Charting: Epic required
• Trauma Experience: Level II required (minimum 1 year); Level I preferred
• Call: 2–3 calls per 6-week schedule; 30-minute response time required
• Weekends: 3–4 shifts per 6-week schedule
• Time Off: Maximum 7 days requested

Key Requirements

• Must independently scrub and circulate across multiple OR specialties.
• Proficiency with the Da Vinci Xi robot required; Da Vinci DV5 experience preferred.
• Robotic surgery experience required in general, gynecology, thoracic, and urology specialties.
• Must be proficient in orthopedics, general surgery, GYN, urology, bariatrics, ENT, plastics, vascular, thoracic (excluding open-heart surgery), and trauma.
• Manager interview and clinical screening required.
• Must be willing to float and care for COVID-19 patients if needed.
• Facility is tobacco-free and fragrance-free.
• Note: Holiday shifts may be required. Local candidates have a lower rate.
