Description
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, CSFA (Must be NBSTASA - ABSA will be redirected)
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40
Shift Requirements: 10 hr Days- 0630-1700
Float Requirements: Waukesha Memorial and Mukwonago; like units as needed
On Call/Call Back Requirements: As needed
Weekend/holidays: Flexibility as needed

Minimum Experience: First Assist experience. Have worked in a full-fledged operating room with all service lines for 2-3 years, comfortable with emergency
situations
Charting Experience Required: NA
Unit Specific Skillset: ortho, laparoscopic casesUnit Overview: Collaborative partnership (proficient and efficient in their care, cognizant with the conversations, positive environment)75 bed hospital Strong work ethic, Positive Attitude, Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidatesScrub Colors: Hospital Provided (Blue)Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption
