REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• At least 1 year of pharmacist experience required.
• Recent Epic EMR experience required.
• Experience with pharmacist-to-dose protocols preferred.
• Must be able to verify medication orders, review allergies and drug interactions, and assess appropriate medication therapy.
• Experience with medication reconciliation, physician consultations, and checking IV admixtures required.
• Knowledge of USP 797/800 guidelines and IV admixture safety practices required.
• Must provide effective customer service and collaborate with physicians, residents, and other healthcare team members.

SCHEDULE

• Day shift: 4×10 hours, listed as 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Schedule details also list weekdays, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; confirm the final schedule with the facility.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

• No specific certifications listed as mandatory.
• Copies of current certifications are preferred where applicable.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA), if applicable.
• COVID-19 vaccine required; medical or religious exemptions only.
• Flu vaccine requirement: Unknown.

LICENSE

• PharmD degree required.
• Must be licensed to practice pharmacy in North Carolina.
• License must be active or at least pending with a clearly stated expected approval date.
