Submission Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience (unless otherwise specified in job notes)
• 2 professional references required
  • 1 reference from a manager/supervisor within the last 12 months
  • 1 reference from a current or recent assignment manager/supervisor
• EPIC experience preferred
• Active Indiana (IN) License or Compact RN License required at time of submission
• Must provide specific interview availability for the next 5 days
• Candidates may only be submitted to one Deaconess opening at a time

International Travelers

International travelers will be considered only if they:

• Hold an active Indiana or Compact RN License
• Have worked in the United States for at least 6 months
• Can provide positive performance evaluations

Radius Rule

• Local candidates must reside more than 40 miles from the facility

COVID-19 Requirements

• Medical and Religious exemptions accepted

Additional Information

• Travelers who have worked at Deaconess for a full year must take a 3-month break before returning as a traveler.
• No additional testing requirements.
• No extension-specific requirements.
