Description
Job Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a medical-surgical unit. Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, managing post-operative care, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) nursing experience required.
EPIC experience required.
Must be willing to work every other weekend (EOW); candidates willing to work every third weekend will also be considered.
Must be available to work every other holiday (EOH).
Must be flexible to float within the facility based on skill set and to other sites within a 40-mile radius as needed.
Shift note: Days, 3X12s ( 36 hiurs/week)
