AUTO OFFER JOB: RN-PCU

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
• At least 1 year of high-acuity PCU experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
• Oncology experience preferred but not required
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Must float to units of equivalent or lower acuity
• Strong infection prevention and fall prevention practices

✅ Required Clinical Skills:

• Telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Rapid response/code team utilization
• Central line, PICC, port, and peripheral IV management
• IV starts and blood product administration
• Heparin protocols and cardiac drip management
• PCA pumps and feeding tube management
• Chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula
• ABG interpretation and tracheostomy care

⭐ Preferred Skills:

• Chemotherapy administration and monitoring
• Arterial line management and phlebotomy
• Wound care/wound vacs and surgical drains
• IV insulin protocols and insulin drip titration
• Non-invasive airway management.
