1. Mandatory Qualifications

• RN license: Active, valid Registered Nurse license.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of SSSU, PACU, pre-operative, or post-operative nursing experience.
• PACU skills: Strong clinical skills in post-anesthesia care and recovery.
• Pre-op and post-op care: Competency in patient assessment, preparation, monitoring, and recovery.
• Phase II recovery: Ability to care for patients recovering before discharge after outpatient procedures.
• Endoscopy: Clinical competency in endoscopy nursing.
• Infusion: Experience or strong clinical skills in infusion services.
• On-call availability: Must participate in a shared PACU on-call rotation.
• Floating flexibility: Must be willing to float throughout the outpatient services area and support hospital needs for conscious sedation during special procedures.
