Title: Travel RN – Med/Surg Tele (Days)
Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ — Havasu Regional Medical Center
Duration: 13 weeks
Start: 12/06/2026 (projected) | End: 03/05/2027 (projected)
Schedule: 3x12 Days (7:00a–7:00p) | 36 hrs/week expected
Unit: 40-bed Med/Surg/Tele | Adult/Geri
Ratios: 1:6
Charting: Medhost
Float: Yes — IMC & ED as needed
Weekends: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period
Call: None (may flex scheduled shifts to on-call up to 2x/contract)
Requirements: 2+ yrs recent acute care + tele, ACLS, travel experience, ADN
Local rule: Must live 60+ miles away
Guarantee: 0-hour guarantee (must disclose before submission)
Scrubs: Black (top & bottom) | No open-toe shoes
