Description

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Physical Therapy experience required; minimum years not specified.
Must be able to independently evaluate, screen, and treat patients.
Experience developing and updating individualized treatment and discharge plans.
Must provide skilled therapy to restore patient function and mobility.
Ability to supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehab Technicians according to applicable practice acts.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills required.
Must collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and patients' families.
Must be flexible with varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.

SCHEDULE

Day shift: Monday–Friday.
Shift hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

No additional certifications specified.
Must be a graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program:
- DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy)
- MSPT (Master of Science in Physical Therapy)
- BSPT (Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy)

LICENSE

Active state Physical Therapist (PT) license required, or ability to obtain one.
