Description

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Day / Variable Shift

Schedule: Day / Variable Shift | 4x12-Hour Shifts | 06:30 – 19:00 (Variable start times: 06:30, 09:00, or 11:00) | 48 Hours Per Week
- Flexibility: Open to 3x12-Hour shifts available.
- Weekend Coverage: Every third weekend rotation (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Holiday Coverage: Every other holiday required.
Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract Assignment.
Location Region: Beaver Dam, Wisconsin (WI) | Local & Travel Candidates Accepted (Travel experience not required)

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated ER RN clinical experience caring for combined adult and pediatric populations within the last 3 years strictly required [HARDSTOP] (5+ years of ER experience preferred).
Onboarding Testing Requirements [HARDSTOP]: Candidate MUST pass a Telemetry Exam prior to being cleared to start [HARDSTOP].
State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active Wisconsin RN License OR valid Multi-State Compact RN License strictly required at time of submission [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) [HARDSTOP].
- Preferred Credentials: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), NIHSS (Stroke Certification), and prior Charge RN experience preferred. Cerner EMR experience preferred.
