Description

Requirements

• PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy, or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience

• Active Colorado Pharmacist license in good standing

• AHA BLS Certification

• Immunization certification

Preferred

• Retail pharmacy practice, operations, reimbursement and inventory control experience

• Familiarity with rural health care, or a real interest in rural practice

Physical requirements:

· Prolonged standing and sitting, some bending and stretching, computer and office equipment use, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. The work can be fast-paced.
