Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required before starting.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in a busy Emergency Department.
• Must maintain a positive attitude and provide care to patients of all ages.
• Must be willing to float within their scope of practice and skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
• Respond to urgent and critical patient situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Care for patients with kidney stones, acute coronary syndrome (ACS), stroke, sprains, fractures, and acute kidney injury (AKI).
• Operate patient monitoring equipment and infusion pumps.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Meditech.
